To ensure your confidence with every purchase, all watches purchased through our official website are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.


What Our Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty protects your watch against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your watch experiences a covered defect during the warranty period, our support team will repair or replace the defective component or product at our discretion.


Examples of Warranty Coverage

Automatic Movement Defects

If the automatic movement fails because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair the watch or replace it with the same or an equivalent model if repair is not possible.

Strap Manufacturing Defects

If the leather, rubber, or stainless steel strap develops a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will provide a replacement strap free of charge, subject to warranty verification.

Manufacturing or Assembly Defects

Any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost during the warranty period.

Warranty coverage becomes void if the serial number or identifying marks have been removed, altered, or damaged.
