How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional requirements.


What are the return requirements?

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, tags, protective films, accessories, and included items must be returned.

  • The product should be securely packed using the original protective packaging to prevent shipping damage.

  • Any complimentary gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.

  • If the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund where applicable.


Which items cannot be returned or refunded?

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or engraved watches.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by misuse, or modified.

  • Complimentary promotional items when returned separately from the original purchase.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our customer support team will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products that meet our return requirements.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.


What are the refund options?

Approved refunds can be issued through:

  • Your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods used during checkout).

  • Store credit, upon customer request.


How long does the refund process take?

After your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
